Access and Policy Updates
Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Both documents may be updated or modified at any time. Users are expected to review them regularly. Continued use of PrymexxHorizon after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on PrymexxHorizon, including text, images, videos, graphics and software elements, are owned by PrymexxHorizon or used under license. Users may access these materials only for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscription Conditions
Services are provided through prepaid subscription plans, which may be offered monthly, quarterly or annually. Once activated, subscriptions are final and cannot be paused, canceled or refunded.

User Duties and Conflict Resolution
Resolving Disputes
Any disagreement relating to this Agreement or use of the platform should first be addressed through open and good-faith communication between the parties. The goal is to reach a fair resolution without formal escalation wherever possible.
Arbitration Procedure
If the issue cannot be resolved informally, it may proceed to arbitration under the ICC ADR rules. The case will be handled by a single arbitrator, conducted in English and held in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or another mutually agreed location.
Binding Outcome
The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding and enforceable. Arbitration shall serve as the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes arising under this Agreement.
Account Security Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and secure. PrymexxHorizon is not responsible for any loss, unauthorized access or activity resulting from compromised account details.
Information Accuracy and Support
Users must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. Any complaints or service-related concerns may be submitted to Support@prymexhorizon.com, where they will be reviewed according to internal procedures.
